"10'x10' and 10' x 20' units and parking require a $10.00 administrative sign-up fee. Rents are for a one-month minimum and are prorated for the balance of the month if you rent any time but the first of the month. We give discounts for long-term rentals paid in advance."

12 months paid in advance which includes administration fee $ 598.00

At the end of the rental term a one time renewal at this rate is allowed.
